Tapas with friends in Barcelona

Two friends from Penzance arrived in Barcelona for the weekend to celebrate their 7th anniversary. What a good opportunity to pop up to town once more for tapas. We went to La Bodegueta on Rambla Catalunya but don’t tell anyone as it’s hard enough to get a table as it is.

Here are the floor tiles – a little dirty but so beautiful that I didn’t notice until I saw the photo.
Congratulations John and Erwin and thanks for the tips on using the camera!

I always wondered what those black grids were for…..

I don’t bite…very often

one of the nice things about Duna is that she can be left outside a shop without fear that she will take someones hand off. Children can come up and pat her and she won't growl or jump. She might try to grab their biscuits though.
Lots of children here are scared of dogs…older ones too. I know its bad but sometimes we have fun scattering those crowds of teenagers that block the pavement. When scary Duna walks through their midst the girls scream and squash themselves up against the wall.
