Petonets

Un petó is a kiss and un petonet is a little kiss.
I like it when people send me drawings as well as words on a card or envelope so I thought this a good name for my pictures.
This is for all of you!

  1. You know I would have something to say about this word….here, “peter” is the verb, “to fart”. Conjugate that! And there is a local desert treat called “Pettes des soeurs” (not sure of the exact spelling) but directly translated means “nun’s farts” and – dare I say it? – they are a little “puff” pastry. OK, enough – where is my virtual vermut?! I have so much to say!!!

  2. Hi there!
Kim – I was so pleased to get your comment. There is another post to be written on this. Here there are petos and pets – totally different things.
And it seems there are also pets de monges, also not sure of spelling there!
I will get onto this soon as it is interesting although not to everyones taste! K xx
